The Story of èSenza

èSenza was founded on February 15, 2021, from an idea by Ornella: to create a space where products would be good for those who buy them, fair for those who produce them, and gentle on the environment. A few months later, Martina joined the project, turning it into a family business built day by day with care, dialogue, and a strong bond between generations.

We are Ornella and Martina — the heart and soul of èSenza. The project began with Ornella’s desire to create a place dedicated to small producers, seasonality, refill culture, and conscious choices. Martina joined a few months later, leaving her previous job to fully believe in the project and help transform it into a family business with a wider vision.
