INGREDIENTS IN THE JAR 

  • Type “0” wheat flour

  • Light brown sugar

  • Whole wheat flour

  • Walnuts

  • Baking powder

  • Cinnamon

WHAT TO ADD 

• 2 eggs

• 100 ml milk (or plant-based alternative)

• 80 ml seed oil (or 100 g melted butter)

• 2 medium apples, grated

• (optional) one apple sliced on top and a dusting of powdered sugar

How to prepare

Step-by-step instructions

1. Combine eggs, milk, and oil

2. Add the contents of the jar

3. Fold in the grated apples (lightly squeezed)

4. Mix until smooth and homogeneous

5. Pour into a 20–22 cm cake tin, previously greased and floured

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30–40 minutes
