  • Coconut flour

  • Type “1” wheat flour

  • Dark brown sugar

  • Baking powder

WHAT TO ADD
 

• 2 eggs

• 150 ml milk (or plant-based alternative)

• 80 g coconut oil (or 100 g butter)

• (optional) jam or fruit compote, as needed

How to prepare

Step-by-step instructions

1. Combine the liquid ingredients together

2. Add the contents of the jar

3. Mix until smooth and homogeneous

4. Pour into muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full

5. If desired, add a teaspoon of jam or compote in the center and cover with a small amount of batter

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes
