  • Einkorn spelt flour (type 2)

  • Ancient grain wheat flour (type 2)

  • Dark brown sugar

  • Dried cranberries

WHAT TO ADD 

• 80 ml seed oil (or 70 g coconut oil)

• 90 ml plant-based drink (or milk)

How to prepare

Step-by-step instructions

1. Pour the contents of the jar into a bowl

2. Add the oil and plant-based drink (or milk)

3. Mix until smooth and homogeneous

4. Shape the dough into small balls

5. Gently flatten them with the palm of your hand

6. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper

7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10–15 minutes
